上颌窦提升术在种植修复中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨上颌窦提升术在上颌磨牙缺失种植修复术中的应用及疗效。方法对上颌磨牙后区牙槽骨严重吸收导致骨量不足的15例患者运用上颌窦提升术、人工骨植入术并同期植入BEGO两段式种植体17枚,其中上颌窦内提升术12例,植入种植体13枚;上颌窦外提升术3例,植入种植体4枚。全部病例术后1周和3、6、9个月摄曲面体层片检查种植体稳定性及人工骨与种植体愈合情况。结果17枚种植体无一枚感染及松动,无上颌窦炎症,术后6~9个月X线示人工骨粉均已改建成新骨,种植体周围无阴影。结论上颌窦提升术及同期种植体植入术方法可靠,具有良好疗效,可显著扩大牙种植体植入术适应证。 Objective To evaluate the clinical applications and therapeutic effect of maxillary sinus floor lifting and dental implantation in the patients of maxillary molar missing.Methods 15 patients without enough alveolar bone height to place the implant received maxillary sinus elevation,artificial bone graft and totally 17 two-stage dental implants of BEGO were placed simultaneously;12patients received closed maxillary sinus floor lifting with 13 dental implants and 3 patients received open maxillary sinus floor lifting 4 dental implants.The stability and osseointergration of dental implants,and the maxillary sinus were evaluated 1 week,3 months,6 months and 9 months after operation.Results There were no implant loose or lost in 17 implants,no inflammation of sinus,and panoramic tomography showed a good osseointergration,no maxillary sinusitis,artificial graft reformed to new bone in the postoperative and surrounding of implant without shadows.Conclusion The technique of maxillary sinus floor lifting and simultaneous implantation has satisfactory therapeutic effect.The indication of dental implantation thus can be extended remarkably.
