摘要
目的观察双杆式下颌前移矫治器矫治恒牙初期骨性Ⅱ类错的效果。方法用双杆式矫治器矫治13例12～15岁恒牙初期骨性Ⅱ类下颌后缩患者,以X线头影测量方法评价疗效。结果双杆式矫治器可刺激下颌骨生长,患者下颌后缩面型均明显改善。结论双杆式下颌前移矫治器可产生明显的下颌生长改良效果。
Objective To evaluate the effects induced by mandibular protraction appliance.Methods Thirteen patients in the early permanent dentition with ClassⅡ malocclusion（age ranging from 12 to 15） were treated by mandibular protraction appliance. The cephalometric analysis were used to evaluate the effects.Results Mandibular protraction appliance stimulated the growth of mandible,profile were obviously improved.Conclusion Mandibular protraction appliance could achieve remarkable effects of growth modification.
