摘要 目的探讨磁共振三维动态对比增强磁共振血管成像(3D DCE-MRA)对头颈部血管病变诊断的应用价值。方法收集125例临床怀疑或诊断有头颈部血管疾病的患者进行3D DCE-MRA检查,并对检查效果进行分析评价。结果125例中,120例图像满意,5例图像不满意。结论3D DCE-MRA对头颈部血管病变的显示具有独特的优势,是一种无创伤性的、安全的、准确性高的检查方法。 Objective To explore the application value of three-dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (3D DCE-MRA) of the skull and neck vessel disease.Methods One hundred and twenty five cases of clinical suspicion or diagnosis of skull and neck vessel diseases were examined and analysed by using 3D DCE-MRA.Results Among 125 cases,120 got a satisfied images and 5 couldn’t be diagnosed.Conclusion 3D DCE-MRA of skull and neck vascular lesions appears to have a unique advantage and is a non-invasive and safe method with high accuracy.
