避难空间系统在城市规划中的主动性设计问题探讨

根据目前我国城市避难空间系统的现状,提出了避难空间系统纳入城市规划程序的重要性,论述了避难场所的选址与建设、避难场所的配套设施问题以及避难空间系统的安全通道等几个值得重视的方面,为城市避难场所建设提供了建设性的建议.

This paper, according to the present related law, clearly states the importance of the seeking asylum system during the urban planning, analyzes some deficiency of the present related law, and gives out some examples as the evidence. Meanwhile,it puts forward some problems about the location and construction, supporting facilities, and secure channel of the seek asylum system, and gives some suggestions for the construction of the seek asylum system as well.
