摘要
根据国家对廉租住房建筑面积的规定,阐述了一梯四套,建筑面积不大功能全,节能省地环保型廉租住房的要求.
According to the state article about building area of low-rent housing,the author of this paper elaborates the requirment of low-rent housing,which has the characteristics of small dwelling size, complete function, and energy-saving and land-saving features.
