县城电网改造工程中无证设计、套图设计成为一种常见现象。本文通过对县城电网改造输电线路建设中一些违反设计规程、降低设计标准、安全裕度过大、浪费严重等普遍问题,进行了一一剖析,并且提出了可行的解决办法。

It is common for the unlicensed and copy design during the revising of county network. This article is aimed at the analysis of the commonness problems about breach design, decrease design standards, extra safety margin and the funds-waste, as well as the effective solution.
