近年来,企业侵害员工权益甚至身心健康的事件屡被曝光,揭示了市场经济环境下部分企业"唯利是图"的经济思维,这是企业文化缺失的表现。优秀文化是企业长远发展之本。笔者认为"家文化"可以帮助咨询设计企业实现以人为本,提升技术实力,拓展创新能力,扩大品牌资源,做大做强。

Recent years, many incidents that corporate infrige employee＇s right or hurt their body are exposed. It shows that for some enterprises profit is the only thing that they pursued under market economy circumstance. This is also the result of enterprise culture lacking. Excellence culture is the base of development for consult and design corporate. ＂family＂ culture could help it carry out employee first, improve technology ability, promote creative strength and enlarge brand influence to become larger and stronger.
