慢性前列腺炎大鼠造模研究

Study on the models of the rat with chronic prostatitis

目的:探讨大鼠慢性细菌性前列腺炎模型制备方法。方法:采用消痔灵和大肠埃希菌局部注射SD(Sprague-Dawley)雄性大鼠前列腺,然后分别进行前列腺组织的病原菌分离培养及组织病理学检查。结果:正常前列腺组大鼠的前列腺组织无改变,不能检出任何细菌;CBP动物的前列腺组织表现出明显的炎症细胞浸润、纤维组织增生的慢性炎症病理组织学特征,可检出大量大肠埃希菌。结论:消痔灵、大肠埃希菌可以成功制备大鼠慢性细菌性前列腺炎。

Objective：To probe the rat model of chronic bacterial prostatitis（CBP）.Methods：The prostates of the SD（Sprague-Dawley） rats were injected with Xiaozhiling and E.coli to develop the models of CBP,and then the prostate tissues and sera were isolated respectively from the rats for bacteria counts and pathologic changes.Results：No pathologic changes and bacterias were detected in the normal control prostates groups;Obvious chronic inflammatory pathological changes including leukocyte invasion and fibre tissue hyperplasia were observed and the E. coli isolated from the prostate tissues of rats with CBP groups. Conclusion： Injecting Xiaozhiling and E. coli can establish the models of CBP.
