摘要
数字化时代,大学生的学习面临新的机遇和挑战。建构主义强调知识的建构性、情境性和社会性。学习本身就是知识管理的过程。大学生隐性知识管理有助于自身的知识成长,提高其学习力和核心竞争力。隐性知识管理最重要的内容在于学习者在特定的事件和环境中,找到新旧知识和经验之间的关系,并与其他人形成关联。从"人、场景、事件"出发,大学生隐性知识管理的有效策略为:构建现实或者虚拟的知识管理环境、设计知识管理事件,促进大学生与他人的人际关联。
College students'learning faces new opportunities and challenge in the digilal age. Constructivism emphasizes that knowledge is constructive, situational and social. Learning is a process of knowledge management in nature. College students' tacit knowledge management is helpful to the development of their knowledge, learning power and the core competitiveness. In a special event and circumstance, finding out the connections between old and new knowledge,experience and making connections with others is the most important content of tacit knowledge management. From a point based on " person, scene, event", the strategies of tacit knowledge management are the following three: creating a real or virtual knowledge management settings, designing a knowledge management event and advancing the links between college students and others.
