贵州彝族、白族和水族发旋的调查

Inventigation on hair vortex of Yi,Bai and Shui nationalities in Guizhou

目的:了解贵州彝族、白族和水族发旋分布特点。方法:采用群体遗传学公认方法,对1 344人(彝族472人、白族407人和水族465人)发旋进行了随机抽样调查。结果:贵州彝族、白族和水族单旋出现率分别为94.70%、94.35%和92.47%,贵州白族与水族、彝族单旋出现率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:单旋分布在民族间存在一定差异。

objective： To know the distributive characteristcs on hair vortex of Yi, bai and shui nationalities in Guizhou province. Methods： Using the methods of population genetics, investigated hair vortex of 1 344 cases （ Yi 472 , Bai 407 and Shui 465 ） in Guizhou province. Using Chi - square, checked up the signifi- cant difference of distributive frequencies on hair vortex among Yi , Bai and Shui nationalities, then compared with other populations. Results： The distributive frequencies on single hair vortex are 94. 20%, 94. 38% and 92. 40% of Yi, Bai and Shui nationalities, there are very significant difference （P 〈0. 01） between Bai and Shui nationalities in Guizhou province, and significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） between Yi and Bai nationalities. Conclusion： There are significant differences on single hair vortex, and no differences on two or three hair vortex among population in China.
