两孔法腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术与传统手术的临床比较

Clinical comparative study of laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac in children through two small incisions and traditional operation

目的:对比两孔法腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术与传统手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的优缺点。方法:随机将90例腹股沟斜疝患儿分为观察组和对照组。观察组45例行两孔法腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术,对照组45例用传统术式。比较切口大小、手术时间、术中出血、住院时间、疼痛程度、并发症发生率等指标。结果:观察组切口大小、手术时间、术中出血、住院天数、疼痛程度、并发症发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝,两孔法腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术操作简单,具有患儿创伤小、康复快等优点,是较理想的术式。

Objective：To explore the advantages and disadvantages of laparoscopic high ligation of indirect inguinal hernial sac in children through two small incisions and traditional operation.Methods：Ninety children with indirect inguinal hernia were randomly divided into observation group and control group.45 cases in observation group were performed two-port laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac,the other 45 cases in control group were performed traditional operation.The indexes like wound size,duration of operation,volume of bleeding,hospital stay,degree of pain,and the complications were compared.Results：The wound size,duration of operation,volume of bleeding,hospital stay,degree of pain and the complications of observation group were significantly less than those in control group（P0.01）.Conclusions：Laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac of indirect inguinal hernia in children through two small incisions is an ideal and simple operation,with less trauma and quick recovery.
