糖皮质激素治疗前后哮喘患儿血清中IL-12,IL-4和IgE的变化

摘要 目的观察哮喘患儿在吸入糖皮质激素前后血清中IL-12、IL-4和IgE水平的变化。方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)的方法,分别检测哮喘急性发作期儿童吸入丙酸倍氯米松1周前后与健康对照组二者血清中的IL-12、IL-4和IgE水平。结果急性发作期患儿治疗前IL-12值明显下降,与健康对照组比较差异有显著性(P均<0.01)。急性发作期患儿治疗前IL-4值和IgE明显升高,与健康对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);急性发作期患儿治疗后IL-12水平明显升高,IL-4和IgE水平下降。结论吸入糖皮质激素是治疗儿童支气管哮喘的重要手段,哮喘儿童血清中IL-12水平下降,IL-4和IgE水平升高,糖皮质激素可使IL-12水平升高,IL-4和IgE水平下降。 Objective To observe the effects of inhaled glucocoticoids on the levels of IL - 12 , IL - 4 and IgE in bronchialasthamtic children. Methods Enzyme 2 linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) was used to observe the serum IL- 12, IL - 4 and IgE levels of the control 62 children of the light and moderate acute asthma in 70 children who inhaled beclometasone dipropionate before and after the period of onset. Results It exhibited a dramatic decline in the IL - 12 value of the asthma children in the period of onset prior to treatment and there existed a significance (P〈 0. 01 ) compared with the control group. The IL - 4 and IgE level obviously rose in children in the period of onset prior to treatment with a significance of up to P 〈 0.01 compared with the control group. The IL - 12 levels in the asthma children receiving treatment in the period of onset obviously increased with a fall of the IL - 4 and IgE level. Conclusion Inhaled glncocoticoid is an important method for asthma. The serums level of IL 4 and IgE in asthma children proves to be high while thatof the IL - 12 is low. Glucocorticoid can lead to the decrease of IL - 4 and IgE level and increase of the IL - 12 level.
