随动转向汽车前大灯定位控制研究 被引量:4

摘要 建立随动转向机构的定位反馈环路和归零处理,改进电控单元对步进电机的控制方式可以减少机构的滞后响应.软件实施静态测算预处理和动态非线性变换算法.可以提高系统定位精度、改善动态响应速度.所研究的定位系统通过了台架试验和道路试验.结果表明,系统能够有效地消除积累误差,实现大灯光束精确定位和准确控制. Adaptive front lighting is a advanced automotive lighting system which is integrated by mechanical structure, optical, materials, electronics, software and controlling technology. Accurate positioning system and precision control is related to the safety of automobile running and also it is an important target to meeting lights safety regulations. The establishment of the system feedback loop and zero processing, positioning of the hardware and software measurement disposal capability is the key to the realization of the system precision. These articles are discussing the positioning control methods, and finally have passed system desk testing and road test. As the testing results prove, systems effectively eliminate the accumulation of error, and achieve the purposes of precise control of beam headlamps.
