江西省宅基地置换模式研究——以都昌县四乡镇为例

On Replacement Model of Rural Residences in Jiangxi Province——A Case Study of Four Towns in Duchang County

随着城市化进程的不断加快,针对村镇建设中出现的问题,应适时推进城市郊区宅基地置换工程。以江西省九江市都昌县四乡镇为例,通过实地调查获取的资料,从农户的角度探讨影响宅基地置换的主要因素,并在此基础上提出促进宅基地置换的对策措施。

As the accelerating of urbanization has brought about various problems in rural areas, it is important that the work of homestead replacement in suburban areas be timely carried out. This paper, based on information obtained through field surveys in four towns in Duchang County of Jiujiang in Jiangxi Province, discusses the main factors affecting homestead replacement from the farmers＇ perspective and then put forward some countermeasures to promote homestead replacement.
