欠发达地区农业产业化创业环境与创业绩效研究——以江西省为例

On the Entrepreneurial Environment and Performance of Agricultural Industrialization in Underdeveloped Areas——A Case Study of Jiangxi Provicne

以江西省农业产业化经营为例,运用数据包络分析方法,对欠发达地区农业产业化创业绩效进行实证分析。得出的主要结论认为,近年来江西农业产业化龙头企业发展迅速,要素投入效果不断改善,创业绩效不断提高。但是,农业产业化创业总体绩效仍然偏低,地区间农业产业化创业绩效差异较大,其原因主要在于农业龙头企业经营的技术效率和产出效益偏低、地区发展不平衡以及龙头企业与农户之间缺乏稳定的利益连接机制。最后提出相应的改善对策。

The paper takes agricultural industrialization in Jiangxi Province as example, and with data envelopment analysis, studies the entrepreneurial performance in this field in the province. It concludes that while agricultural industrialization is achieving better performance in Jiangxi and factor inputs are gaining in effect, the performance is poor on the whole and unbalanced between regions so that it has failed to help farmers increase their income. This is first because the leading industries are troubled by ineffective management technology and low product benefits. The big gap between regions and the unreasonable interest linkage mechanism are also responsible. Some policy advices are offered.
