林业经营中农户资金投入问题与对策研究——基于江西省宜春市农户的调查

Problems on Farmers'Capital Investment in Forest Operation and Its Countermeasures——A Survey of Farming Households in Yichun,Jiangxi

以江西省宜春市农户调查数据为基础,分析农户林业经营资金投入的现状与问题。结果表明,在集体林权主体改革完成后,农户对林业的投资整体呈现较乐观的态势,但强投资意愿不高;投入资金渠道单一,主要靠家庭积累的自有资金;融资较困难;投资林业保险意识不强。基于上述问题,提出了相关政策建议。

Based on data obtained from questionnaires on farming households in Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, the paper analyzes the reality and problems on farmers＇ capital investment in forest operation. It is discovered that although farmers are now increasingly optimistic about investing in forestry after the main reform of collective forest tenure, their investment willingness is not high, the channel remains unitary as investment mainly comes from their saving, and they have difiqculties in circulating necessary funds. Furthermore, their consciousness of investment insurance of forestry remains weak. Based on the above results, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions..
