摘要
根据相关统计资料,采用资源消耗系数法对湖南省及其14个重要城市的主要农业资源利用效率在时间和空间上进行了实证比较研究。结果表明:湖南省耕地资源、水资源、化肥资源的平均消耗系数分别为:1.28m2/kg粮食,0.61m3/kg粮食,0.06kg/kg粮食,系数值均低于全国平均水平,说明湖南省农业资源利用效率总体水平较高,处于全国中上水平;但近年来全省的主要农业资源利用效率总体呈现下滑趋势,并且各地区之间存在着较大差异,发展极不平衡。最后根据实证分析结果,提出了促进湖南省主要农业资源利用效率提高的若干政策性建议。
This paper analyzed the utilization efficiency of major agricultural resources in Hunan Province and its 14 major cities by consumption coefficient method based on relevant statistics. The results show that the average consuming coefficients of cultivated land, water resources and fertilizer in Hunan are 1.28 m2/kg grain, 0.61 m3/kg grain, 0.06 kg/kg grain, lower than the national average. So the utilization efficiency of agriculture resources in Hunan Province is above medium level nationwide. But the utilization efficiency in Hunan Province is declining year by year, and there is a big gap between the utilization of major agriculture resources in regions of Hunan Province, and the development in regions is much unbalanced. Based on the resuits, some policy suggestions are put forward to raise the utilization efficiency of agricultural resources in the regions.
