As an important part of the socialist new countryside eonstruetion, building rural ethos eivilization is of great value in various aspects, which includes developing new trend and new habits so that people in the countryside will live a life more scientific, more healthy and thus more harmonious. Oriented by the goal of human development, rural ethos civilization should embody the internal demand of building spiritual civilization, and provide the social environment to realize rapid development of agriculture. This task is an inherent demand in practicing the theory of scientific development, and a prerequisite for building harmony among agriculture, countryside and farmers and achieving a harmonious countryside.
