摘要
对组织学习力研究进行了回顾及述评。论文着重回顾了组织学习力概念的三种界定视角、组织学习力直接和间接评价模型,以及组织学习力要素的分类方法,最后,提出了一些展望。
This paper reviews the organizational learning ability by discussing in detail the three perspecfives in organizational learning ability, the direct and indirect evaluation model, as well as the classifications Of elements affecting organizational learning power. Finally, it presents a number of prospects.
