处理器在变压器故障远程无线诊断中的应用

摘要 为满足变压器故障诊断的需要,结合DSP精度高、数字信号处理能力强和MSP430F2410超低功耗、资源丰富等特点,开发了一款基于TMS320VC5402和MSP430F2410的双处理器结构的变压器障诊断装置.该诊断系统由故障信息采集单元、故障诊断监控单元和移动通信网络构成.故障信息采集单元由双处理器、短距离通信射频芯片CC2430、传感器构成,直接安装在变压器上,对故障信息进行测量;故障诊断监控单元由工控机和移动通信模块构成,负责故障信息的数据处理、显示及报警.该系统具有高精度、低功耗、高效率等优势. To fit in with the requirement of power transformer fault diagnosis, combining the characteristic of powerful operation ability of DSP with the characteristic of low-power and abundant hardware resources of ARM, an power transformer fault diagnosis system based on Duo-Core of TMS320VC5402 and MSP430F2410 is designed. It is composed of fault information acquisition unit, fault information monitoring units and public mobile communication network. Duo-Core,CC2430 and fault information sensor constitute fault information acquisition unit. The fault information acquisition unit is fixed to the power transformer, realizing direct measuring of power transformer fault information. The fault information monitoring unit is make up of Industrial Computer and GSM module, implementing the functions of data processing, displaying and alarming. The advantages of this system are high-precision, low-power and high efficiency.
