摘要
目的:探讨亚麻油软膏的制备方法和稳定性。方法:用对比试验法制备亚麻油软膏,在不同条件下,考察软膏性状、均匀性、α-亚麻酸含量变化及分层现象。结果:亚麻油宜制成W/O型乳膏,可用紫外分光光度法测定α-亚麻酸含量。结论:用乳化法制备亚麻油软膏工艺简单,质量可控,稳定性好。
Objective： To investigate the preparation methods of linseed oil ointment and stability. Method： Using comparative test in the preparation of oil ointment in different conditions to study ointment traits, homogeneity, α-linolenic acid content and stratification. Result： Linseed oil W/O type cream was better,which can be used in UV Speetrophotometric Determination of α- linolenic acid content. Conclusion： The linseed oil ointment made by emulsion can be easily processed; its quality can be controlled; it is of good stability.
