摘要
目的:测定大理市花甸坝药材场产掌叶大黄中4种重金属含量及分析种植环境(土壤和水源)对其重金属含量的影响。方法:用原子荧光法测定药用大黄中铅、镉、砷、汞四种重金属含量。结果:供试品中重金属的含量均符合《药用植物制剂进出口绿色行业标准》规定的重金属限量标准,并且种植环境对药材重金属含量无影响。该方法线性良好,r=0.9993~0.9999,加样回收率为98.38%~101.01%,RSD<3.5%。结论:该方法快速灵敏、准确度高,适合用于重金属含量的测定。
Objective: To determine the content of four heavy metals in Rheum palmatum in Huadian of Dali and analyze impact factors of plant environment (soil and water). Method: The contents of lead, chromium, arsenic and mercury in Rheum palmatum were determined with atomic fluorescence. Result: The levels of all the heavy metals in samples examined were within the extent of the quality standards set up by the enterprise, and the plant environmental has no effect on the content of heavy metals in rheum; the linear range was good, with r=0.999 3-0.999 9 (n=6); the recovery was about 98.38%-101.01%, with RSD〈3.5%. Conclusion: The method was fast, sensitive and highly accurate; the method can be used to determine content of heavy metals.
