某高校大学生复发性口腔溃疡诱发因素调查研究

A Survey Research on the Induced Factor of Recurrent Oral Ulcer in University Students

目的:调查研究某高校大学生复发性口腔溃疡的诱发因素,为大学生预防复发性口腔溃疡提出建议。方法:采用自编问卷进行调查,多阶段分层随机抽样抽取样本;发放问卷1045份,回收有效问卷987份;使用EpiData软件建立数据库,使用SPSS16.0进行数据处理和统计分析,研究复发性口腔溃疡与各因素的关系。结果:研究发现抽烟(P=0.003)、免疫力下降因素(P=0.000)、心理因素(P=0.022)、饮食类型(P=0.000)、内分泌(P=0.000)、食用烧烤(P=0.000)、消化系统慢性疾病(P=0.000)和口腔卫生(P=0.013)与复发性口腔溃疡的发生有统计学意义。结论:抽烟、免疫力下降因素、心理因素、饮食类型、内分泌、食用烧烤、消化系统慢性疾病和口腔卫生等是复发性口腔溃疡的诱发因素。

Objective：To make a survey research on the induced factor of recurrent oral ulcer in university students to supply the suggestions for preventing recurrent oral ulcer. Method：Questionnaire survey and stratified random sampling were adopted. We distributed 1 045 questionnaire and 987 valid questionnaire responses were received. Database was established by using the EpiData software. Data processing and statistical analysis were done through SPSS16.0 to study the relationship between recurrent oral ulcer and all factors. Result： Such factors as weakened immunity （P=-0.000）, psychological factor （P=0.022）, dietary patterns （P=0.000）, incretion （P=0.000）, chronic diseases of digestive system （P=0.000）, oral health （ P=0.013 ）, smoking （P=0.003） and food barbecue （ P= 0.000）are of statistical significance to recurrent oral ulcer. Conclusion： Weakened immunity, psychological factor, dietary patterns, incretion, chronic diseases of digestive system, oral health, smoking and food barbecue are the induced factor of university students＇ recurrent oral ulcer.
