摘要
目的:探讨根管治疗术反应的原因和预防措施。方法:对临床施行根管治疗术的316例患者观察治疗反应情况,分析治疗反应因素。结果:本研究所涉及的病种、根管预备时的操作以及根管充填后的类型,对根管治疗术发生反应有关系。结论:认真领会根管治疗术原理,熟练掌握其技术要领,如应用无菌操作技术,准确测量根管长度,避免器械超出根尖孔和根管超填等,可以减少和预防治疗反应的发生。
Objective： To probe the causes and preventive measures for the response of root canal therapy. Method： Observing the clinical response of 316 eases treated with clinical implementation of root canal therapy and analyzing their therapeutic factors. Result： The response of root canal therapy is related to the disease, the time of root canal preparation and the type of root canal filling operation. Conclusion： Sticking to the principle of root canal therapy, mastering the essentials of the technology, such as, the application of aseptic techniques, the accurate measurement of the length of root canal, can effectively reduce the response of root canal therapy
