摘要
目的:检测遗传性角膜病小鼠混浊角膜的病原菌及其种类。方法:取不同发育阶段的B6-Co小鼠36例(模型组)和正常B6小鼠10例(对照组)的角膜,分别提取DNA,运用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术进行扩增,琼脂糖凝胶电泳对扩增产物进行检测。结果:36例模型组的角膜,细菌PCR检测阳性21例,阳性率为58.33%。真菌PCR检测标本36例,7例阳性,阳性率为19.44%。结论:病原菌感染是引起B6-Co小鼠角膜病变的重要原因。
Objective: To detect the pathogens of corneal opacities in mice with inherited corneal diseases. Methods: 36 B6-Co mice in different developmental stages were sampled to form the experimental group and 10 normal B6 mice, to the control group. The mice corneas were collected to isolate DNA and then with special primers, PCR detecting technology was carried out to amplify the target fragments. The products were tested by agarose gel. Results: 21 positive cases were detected in the experimental group, which accounted for 58.33%. None positive case was found in the control group. Conclusion: The result indicated that the pathogen is an important cause to lead to B6-Co mouse cornea opacity.
