肺癌治疗前后呼出气冷凝液和血浆中CEA、ET-1水平观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究肺癌治疗前后呼出气冷凝液(EBC)和血浆中CEA、ET-1水平变化在肺癌诊治中的意义。方法:采用放射免疫分析法和双抗体夹心生物素-亲和素酶联免疫吸附法,分别在治疗前、治疗后2、4和6月对36例肺癌患者进行血液和EBC中CEA、ET-1水平的检测。结果:(1)肺癌患者治疗前血清和EBC中CEA水平分别为42.37±27.52ng/L和27.31±13.21ng/L,与治疗后2、4和6月比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)肺癌患者治疗前血清和EBC中ET-1水平分别为125.78±48.28ng/L和20.52±11.18ng/L,与治疗后2、4和6月比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:EBC中CEA、ET-1检测对肺癌的诊断有一定意义,对预后判断也有一定的作用。
