血管化腓骨移植同期种植体植入修复下颌骨缺损的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨下颌骨截断性缺损采用腓骨移植结合钛网、人工骨粒、同期种植的临床可行性。方法:采用吻合血管的自体腓骨移植,腓骨上缘平齐牙槽嵴,下缘钛合金网塑形,其内充填人工骨粒、腓骨松质骨、血液混合物,同时根据缺牙情况行钛种植体植入。结果:20例中1例失败,19例达预期效果,成功率95.0%。X片、ALP(血清碱性磷酸酶)、BGP(血清骨钙素)、下颌运动功能检测显示植入物愈合正常,下颌外形恢复满意。结论:血管化腓骨瓣游离移植钛网塑形同期种植体植入修复下颌骨缺损在临床是可行的。
