摘要
以轮轨相互作用为研究对象,针对列车车轮扫掠通过有限监测区间时,车重检测值会变小这一特有现象进行动力学仿真研究。在多体动力学分析软件Marc中建立轮轨接触的有限元模型,并在仿真系统中引入速度因子,在不同车速条件下进行轮轨接触的仿真分析。通过仿真计算并且与静力学计算的结果对比,结果表明:随行车速度提高,以应变原理监测的轮重值变小。
The monitoring forces between the wheels and the track will become smaller when the lorries move fast through a limited monitoring distance. The finite model of the contact between the wheels and the tracks was built in Marcsoftware, and the influencing factor of velocity was considered to analyze the contact. Based on the comparing results between simulation and static mechanism computation, it is found that the enhancement of moving velocity can lead to the decrease of monitoring forces.
