农民的创业意愿及其培育——基于广东部分地区问卷调查的思考

The Farmers' Entrepreneurship Wills and Cultivation——Based on the Thought of Questionnaire Survey in Some Regions of Guangdong

根据对广东部分地区部分农村劳动者的问卷调查结果显示,虽然有25.2%的受调查对象有创业意愿,但总体创业意愿有待进一步培育。有创业意愿的受调查者又呈现出如下特征:中青年男性是主体,拥有一技之长和一定的文化水平对个人创业意愿的形成有积极作用,外出打工经历对个人创业意愿形成具有明显的正效应,贷款难仍然是农村劳动者不得不面对的一大难题。为此,必须从以下方面做好广东农民创业意愿培育和创业促进工作:建设有利于创业的社会文化环境,弘扬创业精神;做好外出打工人员回乡创业的组织与服务;加大政策扶持力度,破解贷款难题;中青年是创业培训和扶持的重点;加强组织,做好服务。

The survey of the rural labor force in some regions of Guangdong showed that, although 25.2% of the subjects of investigation have entrepreneurial spirits, the overall should be further cultivated. People who have entrepreneurial willing- ness also present the following characteristics: young and middle-aged male are the main body, having a special job skill and particular level of education have a significant positive effect to form the entrepreneurial willingness, the experience of work- ing out of home have positive effect in the formation of the individual entrepreneurial willingness, the difficulty in obtaining loans is a major challenge the rural workers face. Therefore, we must do some work to cultivate and promote the farmers’ en- trepreneurial willingness: building the social cultural environment to promote entrepreneurship, carrying forward the en- trepreneurial spirit; giving quality service to organize the migrant worker coming back; more assistance should be given by the government, solving the difficulty of loaning; young and middle-aged is the focus of entrepreneurship training and sup- porting, strengthen the organization, doing the service work well.
