摘要
根据目前现有高炉煤气重力除尘器除尘效率偏低的实际情况,提出了几种提高重力除尘器除尘率的方案,并通过实验室模型进行了研究.结果表明,锥顶进气除尘器除尘效果优于传统重力除尘器;加挡板和旋流板能进一步提高锥顶进气除尘器的除尘率,其中45°旋流板加挡板除尘器除尘率高,卷起率低,效果最好.
In order to improve the collection efficiency of gravity duster for blast furnace (BF) off-gas, several measures such as rotating-stream tray and baffle were put forward, and their effect, were studied based on the model experiment. The results show the better dedusting effect can be obtained when BF off-gas enters the gravity duster through the two pipes on the top of the cone, and the usage of the baffle and rotating-stream tray can further improve the dust removal rate of the cone dust collector with roof intaking. The new gravity duster shows the best performance while baffle is applied with 45°rotating - stream tray.
