摘要
分析了不锈钢粉尘的矿相结构,并对粉尘中各氧化物还原的热力学进行计算,采用自行设计的竖直螺旋管输送反应器,对不锈钢粉尘在中低温条件下进行氢还原实验,探讨了温度和反应时间对粉尘还原率的影响.结果表明,最长还原时间达到300 s,反应温度从500到700℃,还原率从39.36%升高到64.30%.
The mineral structure of stainless steel dust was analyzed and the thermodynamic calculation of the oxides in dust was given. A set of spiral sealed reactor was designed in order to study the influences of reaction time and temperature on reduction rate The results showed that the reduction rate increased from 39. 36% to 64. 30% with the increasing temperature when the temperature was 500 -700℃ and the reaction time was up to 300 s.
