News revealed from Mofcom （Ministry of Commerce Department） that, the US Department of Commerce has lately launched its preliminary determination in the antidumping investigation on imports of prestressed concrete steel wire strand from China. Shanghai Securities News reported. Commerce preliminarily determined that Chinese producers/exporters have sold PC strand in US at 37.72-193.55 percent less than the normal value.
