上海市婚检妇女婚前妊娠情况及其影响因素分析

The Status of Premarital Pregnancy and its Influencing Factors Among the Tested Women in Shanghai

为了解上海市婚检妇女婚前妊娠情况及影响婚前妊娠的因素,作者利用上海3个市区和2个郊县2580名婚前体检的未婚妇女的问卷调查资料进行了分析.结果表明,有性经历的对象中,39.8%曾有过妊娠史,郊县对象曾妊娠的比例明显高于市区对象;农村户口、婚检时年龄较小、文化程度和经济收入较低的对象婚前妊娠的比例较高;妊娠的原因:77.4%为未用避孕措施,20.7%为避孕失败,1.9%为准备结婚等其他原因;多元分析影响未婚妊娠的因素包括;对人工流产影响健康的认识、对婚前怀孕和人工流产的态度、避孕情况、职业、首次性生活年龄、同胞数、有无自己单独的房间、对前途的信心、父母对婚前性行为的态度及与谁讨论过性问题等.研究结果提示;急需加强未婚青年的性教育.

Premarital pregnancy and its influencing factors among women in Shanghai were analyzed using data from the survey which was conducted in three urban districts and two rural counties in Shanghai in 1995. Among women who had sexual intercourse, 39. 8% ever had at least once pregnancy. The proportion of pregnancy in rural counties was higher than that in urban districts and it was higher among women who were younger, had lower e-ducation level and income. The reasons for pregnancy were not using contraceptives (77. 4%), contraceptive failure (20. 7%), preparing marriage and else (1. 9%). The multi-variate analysis showed that factors influencing premarital pregnancy were perception of the impact of induced abortion on health, attitude to premarital pregnancy and induced babor-tion, contraceptive use, age at first intercourse, number of siblings, having private room or not, confidence to future, parents' attitude to premarital sexual behavior and person being discusses with on sexual topics. The survey indicated that it is necessary to strengthen sex e-ducation among unmarried women.
