Analysis on the Hygiene Situation of Health Food Market in Zhuhai

对珠海市保健食品市场进行卫生状况调查,结果表明:进口保健食品卫生部批准文号持有率较国产产品高;有批文的保健食品包装符合率较低;有批文产品卫生检测合格率明显高于无批文产品;不同人群对保健食品有关法规及保健食品标志知晓率总体上差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01),其中生产人员较高,销售人员次之,消费者最低.建议规范保健食品市场管理,加强健康教育和保健食品有关法规知识宣传.

The hygiene situation of health food in zhuhai was investigated. the result showed that the imported health food had higher hold rate of lot number than domestic products. Those products holding lot number had lower qualifed rate of hygiene inspection, but had higher gualified rate of hygiene inspection. Among different pepople were there significant different knowing rate (P<0. 01). about the laws and regulations and product labels of health food. Producer had the highest knows rate , next was sellers, and the lowest was consumers. The sutdy propose;①standardize management of the health food market; ②strengthen health education and propaganda of the health food laws and regulations.
