基于PCA-DEA模型的区域建筑产业竞争力实证研究被引量：3

摘要依据建筑产业竞争力六边形模型和竞争力方程式建立建筑产业竞争力评价指标体系,构建带有PCA权重约束锥的PCA-DEA模型,实现对我国区域建筑产业竞争力的实证研究,明确建筑产业竞争力主要影响因素及各区域建筑产业竞争力位序,为各地制定区域建筑产业发展战略提供管理信息和决策支持。
