摘要 抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体（anti—neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies,ANCA）是一种以中性粒细胞和单核细胞胞浆成分为靶抗原的自身抗体。ANCA的主要检测方法包括间接免疫荧光和酶联免疫吸附法,间接免疫荧光法可呈胞浆型（cANCA）和环核型（pANCA）；cANCA的主要靶抗原是蛋白酶3（PR3），
