摘要
目的分析大样本突聋患者听力损失情况。方法对1158例患者(1203耳)进行病史询问及听力学检查,按听力损失频率及损失频率平均听阈分类,部分患者行颞骨CT及头颅MRI检查。结果1158例患者中14.3%为低、中频听力下降,6.2%为中、高频听力下降,15.1%为高频听力下降,4.4%为低、高频听力下降,60.0%为全频听力下降。1158例中查出1例听神经瘤,2例大前庭水管综合征。结论突聋患者听力损失情况不一,以全频下降为主,应注意排除相关疾病。
Objective To analyze the audiogram of a large sample of patients with sadden deafness. Methods The history of 1158 cases（ 1 203 ears）of sudden deafness were taken and the hearing examination was performed. Hearing loss was classified by its severity and affected frequencies. Temporal CT and head MRI were scanned for some cases. Results As for the frequency of hearing loss, 14.3% was low-middle, 6.2%was middle-high, 15.1% was only high, 4.4% was low and high, and 60.0% was across a wide frequency. One case of acoustic neuroma and 2 cases of large vestibular aqueduct syndrome were found out. Conclusion The audiogram of sudden deafness are various and flat hearing losses （all frequency affected） account for the majority and the possible underlying diseases should be ruled out at first.
