外耳道阻塞性角化病的临床特点

Clinical features of keratosis obturans of external auditory canal

目的总结外耳道阻塞性角化病的临床特点。方法对30例外耳道阻塞性角化病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果外耳道阻塞性角化病的临床主要特点有:剧烈的耳痛;嵌塞物有较硬的核心;嵌塞物呈灰白色或者污灰色;嵌塞物和耳道皮肤粘连紧密;外耳道皮肤炎症较重。结论外耳道阻塞性角化病的5个特点可以作为诊断外耳道阻塞性角化病以及与外耳道胆脂瘤区别的参考。

Objective To summarize the clinical features of keratosis obturans of external auditory canal. Methods Clinical data of 30 patients suffering from keratosis obturans of external auditory canal was analysed retrospectively. Results The clinical features of keratosis obturans of external auditory canal were severe earache,hard core of impacted bolt with dirty,grey or white appearance and tight adhesion to the canal wall,and heavy inflammation of the canal skin. Conclusion The above-mentioned features would be useful for making a diagnosis and a differential diagnosis of keratosis obturans from cholesteatoma in the external auditory canal.
