乳突骨瘤的诊断及治疗(附1例报告及文献复习)

Diagnosis and treatment of mastoid osteomas(A case report and literature review)

目的探讨乳突骨瘤的疾病特点、诊断及治疗方案。方法报道1例乳突骨瘤患者的临床资料,结合文献复习进行分析。结果通过手术完整切除肿块,病理证实为乳突骨瘤,术后外观良好,随访20个月无复发。结论乳突骨瘤是一种罕发的良性骨肿瘤,影像学检查是其主要诊断方法,手术完整切除是其主要治疗方法,需与其他骨性肿瘤相鉴别。

Objective To discuss the characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of mastoid osteoma. Methods Clinical and pathological data of one patient suffering from mastoid osteoma were reported and related literature was reviewed. Results The mass was removed en bloc by surgery and confirmed to be compact osteoma by histopathology. The patient was satisfied with the appearance of the operative site and was alive without recurrence after follow-up for 20 months. Conclusion Mastoid osteoma is a extremely rare,benign tumor of bone. It can be diagnosised mainly by imaging and treated by surgical removal. Other neoplasms of the mastoid region,such as osteoid osteoma and osteodysplasia fibrosa,should be considered for the differential diagnosis.
