维甲酸及其受体在结直肠锯齿状病变中的表达及应用前景

摘要 结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是我国发病率上升最快的恶性肿瘤之一。近年来国外一些大宗研究显示,在结直肠镜密切监测下,CRC发病率仍有显著增加,其原因之一可能是缺乏对锯齿状病变(一类代表CRC癌变新途径病变)的认识^[1,2]。锯齿状腺癌^[3]被认为是CRC的一个独特亚型,占所有类型CRC的7.2%。近端CRC的17.15%,约有10%~15%的孤立性CRC来源于锯齿状病变^[2]。
