螺旋CT结合Dentascan软件在种植牙术前颌骨评估中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价螺旋CT结合Dentascan软件和定位模板在种植牙术前颌骨评估中的应用价值。方法:将用压模机制作的透明树脂定位模板戴入植牙患者口内,以0.5mm层厚螺旋CT扫描颌骨。扫描的数据传至CT工作站用Dentascan软件处理后显示侧断层图、曲面断层图及三维重建图。结果:所有25例病例重建图均能清晰的显示颌骨的形态、质地和重要的解剖结构,如上颌窦、颏孔、下牙槽神经管,并且能精确的测量缺牙区可用骨的高度、厚度和宽度。结论:螺旋CT结合Dentascan软件和定位模板在种植牙治疗计划的设计中起关键作用,尤其像前牙美容区域,并有利于提高种植牙的成功率。 Objective: The study was to assess the application of SCT and dentascan software combined with templates in the preoperative planning of dental implants. Methods: A transparent and resin position template was fabricated using a pressure-forming machine. Thin-slice scanning with 0.5mm slice of spiral computed tomography was applied to examine the jaws of patients who were wearing template correctly. The wealth of scan data was transmitted to CT wokstation and were processed with dentascan software. Cross-sectional images、panoramic images and 3D images were obtained explicitly. Results: All twenty five cases can show the shape and quality of the jaws as well as the position of important anatomy structure such as maxillary sinus、mental foramen,inferior alvelolar nerver canal and so on clearly. We can measure the height,thickness and width of the alveolar bone in edentulous areas precisely. Conclusion: we consider the use of spiral tomography and dentascan software in the treatment planning phases of dental implants especially in cases with high esthetic demands in the anterior maxillae or where exact implant placement is critical for successful treatment outcomes.
