BLB种植系统在前牙修复中的美学评价

To evaluate the aesthetic effectiveness of implant restoration in the anterior zone with BLB implant system

目的:探讨BLB种植系统在前牙缺失修复中的美学效果。方法:对86例前牙缺失的病人共植入BLB种植体169枚,术后4个月修复,并分别于修复后0,6,12个月由患者与随访医生对修复体的外形、颜色、牙龈形态、色泽、丰满度、龈缘曲线、牙间乳头高度、修复体与邻牙的协调性八个方面进行评价。结果:86例患者,修复后0,6,12个月满意度分别为92.6%、94.9%和95%。结论:BLB种植系统操作简单,基台可调磨,应用于前牙区修复可以获得较好的美学效果。

Objective： To inquire into the aesthetic effectiveness of implant restoration in the anterior zone with BLB implant system. Methods： 169 pieces of BLB implants had been implanted in 86 pa- tients with missing anterior teeth, and put on the dentures 4 months later. The aesthetic effects of implant restoration were evaluated by the patients and the follow-up doctors depend on the contour, color of the prosthesis and gingival fullness, gingival margin curve, gingival papilla height and harmonization of adjacent teeth with dentures 0,6,12 months after restoration.Results：Among the 86 cases, 92.6%, 94.9% and 95% of the patients were satisfied respectively 0,6,12 months after restoration. Conclusion： BLB implant system is easy to operate and the abutment is adjustable, good aesthetic effectiveness can be obtained with this technic to restore the anterior teeth.
