微种植体支抗临床应用疗效分析

Clinical effects analysis of malocclusion treatment with micro implant anchorage

目的:分析微型种植体作为支抗矫正AngleⅠ类双颌前突和AngleⅡ上颌前突错畸形的临床疗效。方法:选择10例AngleⅠ类错双颌前突和10例AngleⅡ错上颌前突患者,前者拔除上下颌第一双尖牙,后者拔出上颌第一双尖牙。采用微型种植体从颊部牙槽嵴分别植入上下颌骨,以此作为支抗矫正错畸形。拍摄治疗前后的头颅侧位片,比较治疗前后的覆、覆盖、磨牙关系和前牙内收程度。结果:除1名患者因2枚种植体松动再次手术植入,2名患者因4枚种植体脱落拒绝再次植入而改用传统支抗外,其他病例均获得了磨牙强支抗;建立了正常的前牙复、覆盖关系,患者面型得到了明显的改善。结论:微型种植体支抗在错畸形矫治过程中位置稳定,减少了口内矫治器附件,易于患者接受,疗效肯定,是某些严重错畸形治疗中的理想选择。

To analysize the clinical treatment effects of Angle class Ⅰ malocclusion and class Ⅱ malocclusion with maxillary protrusion by way of micro implant anchorage application. Methods： Ten patients with Angle class Ⅰ malocclusion and another ten patients with Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion were selected. Their maxillary and mandibular first premolars were extracted in the Angle class Ⅰ malocclusions. But their maxillary first premolars were extracted in the Angle class Ⅱ malocelusions.Micro implant anchorages were implanted in the buccal alveolar bones accordingly.Their over bite,over jet,molar relationship and incisors retraction were compared before and after treatments in cephalometric films.Results： All the micro implant anchorages were sucessfuly implanted except twice operation with two implants in one patient and falling off with four implants in two patients .The molars are strengthed and the profile improved along with their normal over bite and overjet.Conclusions：Micro implant anchorages are stable and comportable and definite in clinical application.They are also the ideal selection of some patients with severe malocclusions.
