硬膜外滴注疗法与中药治疗颈椎病临床分析

Analysis of epidural injection therapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment for cervical spondylopathy

目的研究硬膜外滴注疗法与中药治疗颈椎病的临床效果。方法颈椎病患者108例．采用硬膜外滴注利多卡因、地塞米松与维生素，内服中药、外用中药热敷等方法治疗。结果全组随访1～3年观察疗效，临床效果优者97例，良者7例，差者4例。优良者共104例，占96．3％。结论硬膜外滴注疗法与中药治疗颈椎病，疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effects of epidural injection therapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatments for cervical spondylopathy. Method One hundred and eight patients with cervical spondylopathy were treated by epidural injection therapy and traditional Chinese medicine orally. The drugs injected contained lidocaine, dexamethasome and vitamins. Results All of the patiens were follow up 1-3 years. The clinical effects were excellent in 97 cases, good in 7 cases, poor in 4 eases, with the excellent and good rates of 96.3%. Conclusions The effect of epidural injection therapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment for cervical spondylopathy is significant.
