中西医结合治疗肾绞痛的经验体会

Clinical effect of Chinese and western medicine for treatment of renal colic

目的探讨地西泮足三里穴位注射加曲马朵静脉滴注治疗肾绞痛的止痛效果。方法通过对20例肾绞痛患者痛侧足三里穴位注射地西泮，静脉滴注曲马朵维持疗效，总结治疗效果。结果全组肾绞痛患者疼痛很快消失或疼痛减轻，合计总有效率100％。结论地西泮足三里穴位注射与静脉滴注曲马朵能有效治疗肾绞痛。

Objective To probe into the effects of diazepam point injection in zusanli and intra- venous tramadol on renal colic. Methods Twenty patients with renal colic were injected diazepan in acupuncture point zusanli and tramadol intravenous drip,the result was evaluated. Results The rates of pain relieved and disappear were 100%. Conclusion Diazpan injected in acupoint-zusanli and intravenous tramadol are an effective method for treatenent of renal colic.
