摘要
近20年来，儿童的疼痛日益引起社会各界的关注，针对其疼痛性质以及诊断和治疗方法的研究也日益增多。对于年幼的疼痛患者，虽已开发出多种药物和非药物治疗并已应用于I临床，但忽视儿童疼痛和治疗不足的现象仍然普遍存在。本文综述2008年9月在苏格兰格拉斯哥市举行的第12届世界疼痛大会上对儿童疼痛的评估与管理方面及父母对儿童疼痛的影响的研究进展。
In the past 20 years, the concerns of community to children＇s pain are growing day -by-day. The techniques of diagnosis and treatment of pain and its nature and methods of research are increasing. For the younger children with pain, though a variety of drugs and non-drug therapy has been used clinically, but the neglect of children＇s pain and insufficient treatment are still prevalent. Based on the procedings of the 12th conference on pain held in Glasgow,Scotland, in September 2008. this article summarizes the progress of research on assessment and management of children＇s pain and the parent＇s influence on their pain.
