摘要 目的探讨直肠阴道隔子宫内膜异位症的临床诊断及治疗.方法回顾分析2例直肠阴道隔子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料.结果2例患者术前分别用米菲司酮、达非林预处理,治疗方式均采用手术治疗,切除病灶经病理证实为直肠阴道隔子宫内膜异位.结论手术是治疗直肠阴道隔子宫内膜异位症的主要手段. Objective To study the diagnosis and therapy of rectovaginal endometriosis.Methods Two women with rectovaginal endometriosis were retrospectively analyzed.Result Two patients were respectively given leuprolide acetate depot and mifepristone,and treatment had a planned duration of 3 to 6 months.Two patients required further treatment with a surgical solution.The pathology diagnosis of nodules removed was endometriosis.Conclusion Laparotomy is efficient for the treatment of the rectovaginal endometriosis.
