前入路腹膜前间隙修补腹壁治疗切口疝24例分析

The Analysis of Anterior Preperitoneal Space Repair in the Treatment of 24 Cases of Abdominal Incisional Hernia

目的探讨前入路开放式腹膜前间隙修补治疗腹壁切口疝的疗效.方法回顾性分析2007年10月至2009年4月应用前入路腹膜前间隙修补治疗腹壁切口疝24例的临床资料.结果24例患者随访时间6个月～2a,平均为15个月,术后恢复良好,效果满意,无1例复发.结论采用前入路腹膜前间隙修补术治疗切口疝经济、安全、效果满意.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the anterior preperitoneal space in repair the treatment of abdominal incisional hernia.Methods Retrospective study was used to analyze the experience of he anterior preperitoneal space repair in the treatment of 24 cases of abdominal incisional hernia at Kunming Yan＇an Hospital from December 2007 to April 2009.Results 24 patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year（average 15 months）;The hernias were cured and the effects were satisfactory.No hernia recurrence was occurred.Conclusions The anterior preperitoneal space repair for treatment of abdominal incisional hernia is a safe,economic,effective method.
