对新疆商业银行绩效管理的探讨

摘要 本文着重从新疆商业银行有效的绩效管理体系普遍具备的特征、新疆商业银行有效的绩效管理体系普遍遇到的难题、新疆商业银行有效的绩效管理体系的技术选择三个方面出发对绩效管理质量进行探讨。以期引起我区各家商业银行决策者的高度重视,共同维护好员工的核心利益。
