HPLC法测定心可宁胶囊中人参皂苷Rg_1的含量

Determination of Ginsengnoside Rg_1 in Xinkening Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立用HPLC法测定心可宁胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1的含量的方法。方法:以Hypersil-ODS柱(4.6mm×200 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:203 nm。结果:人参皂苷Rg1在10.0μg/ml^100.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,其线性方程为Y=25440X-5130.6(n=6r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.64%(n=6)。结论:HPLC法测定心可宁胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1的含量线性关系良好、精密度较好、准确度高、稳定性好,可用于该胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for the determination of ginsengnoside Rg1 in Xinkening capsules by HPLC.Methods： Hypersil-ODS column（4.6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（30∶70）.Flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and detection wave-length was 203 nm.Results： The concentration of Ginsengnoside Rg1 was linearly related to its peak area in the range of 10.0-100.0 μg.ml^-1.Linear regression equation is Y=25440X-5130.6（n=6,r=0.9996）.Recovery was 99.4 %,with RSD of 0.64%（n=6）.Conclusion： This method has good linearity and it is accurate,precise and stabile.It is suitable for the quantity control of Xinkening capsules.
